Terms & Conditions

By placing an order you are understood to have agreed to these terms and conditions:

Please order as soon as you know your guest numbers, well in advance of your event.
You shall be responsible for the accuracy of an order and for giving us any information necessary for us to perform the contract.
Orders do not include cost of delivery.  Delivery cost are to be confirmed based on order size and weight.

.Delivery charges are not included and will be dependent on size, weight and destination.  All our orders are despatched in good faith but occasionally our carriers get it wrong and items could be delayed or even lost. We cannot be held responsible for this as it is out of our control once the carriers have collected from us. To this end, we cannot accept any liability or claim for late or non arrival of orders (fortunately this very rarely happens).
In the unfortunate event that any damages occur during transit, please notify us immediately either by email or telephone within 7 days.

Most items are kept in stock but very occasionally we may experience delays in receiving goods from our suppliers which could result in a delay in delivery. If this happens we will always attempt to inform you of the situation.
Colours and designs:
All our favours are hand-crafted, meaning there may be slight variations between the designs. The colour settings on your computer monitor may also not show the true colour of the items. For these reasons we cannot undertake to supply perfect colour matches. We do however, assure you that every effort is always made to provide as close a match as possible.
A PDF Proof will be sent to you for approval before printing any cards.  Should you wish to receive a mock-up sample of the item for approval prior to full production, you will incur the cost of the goods (this will be dependent of the number of samples and delivery).

Since most orders are designed as bespoke we will require a 50% deposit when an order is placed.  Full payment for the remaining balance will be required 2 days prior to the goods being shipped.
We accept payment by bank transfer.

Should you wish to cancel an order please inform us by email or telephone as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been despatched.

Returns and Refunds:
As our unique favours are all hand made to order, we regret that we cannot accept returns for them under any circumstances, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit. Any claims for damages must be made in writing (email or mail) within 7 days of receipt, but please telephone us in the first instance to discuss the problem. Any claim must be accompanied by photographs of the damaged parcel and favours.
